• A reservation for the hire of vehicle shall not be deemed confirmed unless a deposit is paid at the same time of reservation.

• Final balances, unless otherwise agreed in writing are payable not later than 21 days prior to commencement of hire.

• In the unlikely event of a breakdown ect, Momentous Occasions in its absolute discretion shall be authorised to substitute a replacement vehicle whether subcontracted or not.

• Momentous Occasions, its associates, representatives and employees shall not be liable for claims arising for damages through failure to supply any service.

• If cancellation of a reservation is made by the client 21 days prior to the date or less, 50% of the total hire price shall be charged.

• All deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation for whatever reason at any time after the booking date.

• Ribbon requirements must be confirmed 21 days prior to the hire date.
